- Pig Roast Catering: This catering option has a whole roasted pig with BBQ rub, relish, and kaiser rolls. The pig roast has a grilled addition as well which options are chicken breasts, burgers, hotdogs, Italian sausage, or baby back ribs. The sides for this option are baked ziti, house-made marinara sauce, coleslaw, pasta salad with fresh garden vegetables, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, mac and cheese, corn on the cob, baked beans, and/or cornbread.
- Raw Bar: This option includes an ice sculpture, cocktail shrimp, poached lobster, Snow Crab, claws on the half shell, oysters, clams, green tip mussels, side of smoked salmon, side of poached salmon, poached scallops, calamari salad, steamed clams, or King Crab legs.
- Grand Buffet Option: You chose from six appetizers, three salads, three choices of proteins, three sides, and one pasta. The protein options you have are 6 oz. Prime Filet, Braised Short Ribs, Roasted Whole Strip Loin, Chicken Diane, Salmon Teriyaki, Cod, Sea Bass, Halibut, Dry Rub Pork Loin, Marinated Skirt Steak, Half Lobster Tail, Grilled Bone-In Pork Chop.
